Education for Vulnerable Children
Education is central to our mission to break the cycle of poverty and exclusion for vulnerable children in Albania. Through targeted programs, we support Roma, Balkan Egyptian, and low-income Albanian students from kindergarten to high school - helping them stay in school and thrive academically & socially. By combining education with meals, transport, hygiene care, and life-skills training, we create safe, inclusive environments where every child can reach their full potential and build brighter futures.
Amaro Tan School
Supports 135 vulnerable children with education, daily meals, transportation, hygiene care, and emotional support, while after-school crafts and sewing programs build life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.
Scholarships
Enables several motivated but financially limited students to continue their academic journey, preparing them for success in higher education and beyond.
Gjirokaster Center
Provides Roma children with after-school support, including meals, supplies, clothing, transport, and academic guidance in a nurturing environment, helping them stay in school and build social skills.
Summer Camps
The annual summer camps in Gjirokastër and Pogradec offer safe, structured environments where children develop teamwork, communication, and confidence, keeping them off the streets and in a place of growth.
